2015 Head of the Colorado Regatta

Overview:

Over 1,400 participants and 2,500 spectators will be attending the 2014 Head of the Colorado Regatta. This event brings in individuals from all over the country. Don’t miss the opportunity to be a part of such a high caliber event! The Head of the Colorado Regatta is classified by USRowing as a Nationally Recognized Regatta.

Tent Space/Equipment:

Vendors have the option to provide their own tent or make arrangements through Austin Rowing Club to provide a tent in one of three sizes: 10x10, 10x20 and 20x20. Each 10x10 includes one table and 2 chairs; each 10x20 includes two tables and 2 chairs; each 20x20 includes 4 tables and 2 chairs.   

Certificate of Insurance:

Vendors must provide a certificate of insurance naming Austin Rowing Club as additionally insured.

Reservations:

Fill out the vendor form before October 19, 2015. Any form submitted after the deadline will be subject to a $150 additional charge.

Cancellations:

Should it become necessary to cancel your reservation, notify Austin Rowing Club. Fees will not be refunded if notification is received after October 19, 2015.
