Any high-school team or high-school-age club rower is welcome to participate in Upper Merion's 51st Annual Regatta.  Non-scholastic clubs are welcome, but should apply the appropriate age/school grade to determine category.  If in doubt, please use the standard PSRA Eligibility rules to determine Novice/JV/Varsity categories. 

We do not field a separate Freshman category, just combined Freshman/Novice events.

There will be no weigh-in for Lightweight races; please use the honor system to determine elegibility.

If there are low number of entries, we reserve the right to combine sprints, but award medals to both categories.  For instance, we may combine JV and Varsity rowers into the same race, but will award 1st place medals to both the best JV finish time and the best Varsity finish time. 

For the 500 meter races, we will apply any flexibility needed to allow teams to assemble a boat.  As long as you stick to the spirit of these just-for-fun events, feel free to combine your rowers and join in the friendly competition.  Each school/club may submit a maximum of 2 entries per event.
