Greeting All Coaches and Crews

We are looking forward to a great day of racing on October 9th. We have been watching the storm and it appears that it will miss us. We will keep you posted on any changes that may happen.

ONLY BOAT TRAILERS will be allowed in Regatta Point this year. Since trailer parking is so important please park in the area that are marked and follow directions of the trailer parking staff.

Food and Tent trailers will be allowed to unload by the main gate. We will have a local boy’s scout troop there to help you unload from 5:30am until 9:00am. If you would like to make a donation to them please do so in the form of a tip.

ONLY SCULLING BOATS will be allowed to launch from the returning dock area. All other boats will launch from the two boathouse docks.

Please make sure that your coxswains and a coach are present at the coaches / coxswain meeting.

Hingham and Cape Cod Rowing will be rigging and launching from the main beach area. They will be the only crews there. No spectators will be allowed on the beach.

All buses are to unload rowers by the main gate the go to the UMass parking area as noted in your regatta package on regatta central. All other cars must park in the UMass parking lot. The Worcester Police may not be allowing cars to park on the street this year, due to safety reason.

PLEASE inform your guests and rower’s parents that there is a $5.00 donation to enter the park. This money is used to help offset regatta costs

ALL BOW NUMBERS AND START TIMES ARE POSTED ON: herenow.com. Please check all your start times and boats. If there is a mistake, please Email the regatta director so changes can be made as quickly as possible.
