There is no history of races dedicated to middleschool scullers.  Historically, when middleschoolers show up in most boathouses, they have to compete with highschoolers (Jr B's) for use of equipment, seats in boats, and chances to race.   Our goal in starting this race, is to write some new history for middleschool scullers.  A race where coaches can dedicate all of their time, equipment and resources towards their middleschool scullers.  The date was picked as one where most other rowers are off packing their bags for Henley and trailers will either be already on the road or about to hit the road for the Henely.  So, make a stop (we are 15 min off of I-90) on the way to St.  Kits and let your middleschoolers make some history!!
