This year's Head of the Hillsborough will consist of 4200m, racing clockwise around Harbour Island, with turns around the top and bottom of the island.  Visiting Crews will launch from HCC on Davis Island, row upriver towards downtown and then across the channel to the starting area, and start the race by the Tampa General docks.  The finish will be opposite the HCC launch site, right at the south end of the Tampa General parking garage, where spectators can observe who passed who on the sidewalk along the Davis Island shoreline.
