HIGH SCHOOL PARENTS DROPPING KIDS SHOULD NOT COME TO THE GWC ENTRY SUNDAY MORNING - DROP OFF ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE RIVER SUNDAY AND LET THEM WALK OVER THE ELMWOOD BRIDGE OR BETTER TURN INTO THE MONROE COUNTY ENTRANCE AND SPIN DOWN TO THE PARKING AREA AND LET THEM WALK OVER THE FOOTBRIDGE - OR TAKE 390 NORTH TO SCOTTSVILLE ROAD AND TAKE A HARD RIGHT INTO THE GENESEE VALLEY ENTRANCE  AT GENESEE STREET AND SCOTTVILLE AND ELMWOOD TRAFFIC LIGHT GO DDOWN TO THE TENNIS COURTS AND LET THEM OFF THERE -

Buses - where we can we will park the first buses to the WEST of the baseball diamond - the later you come the more likely your bus will have to park youir bus across from the ice rink on Genesee River Trail, maybe a 5-7 mins walk. You can dump gear and rowers at the venue then go and park.

 7. Take exit 47 to merge onto I-490 e toward Rochester
 8. Take 390 S toward airport to Scottsville Road turn left and follow along to the right looking for Genesee Valley park -

Vering right onto Elmwood Ave,

Turn into the   Genesee Waterways Center BEFORE going over the river, Destination will be on the Right

From the south:

390 North toward Airport exit Scottsville Road, Turn Left and follow along to the right looking for Genesee Valley park -

Vering right onto Elmwood Ave,

Turn into the   Genesee Waterways Center BEFORE going over the river, Destination will be on the Right

From the NORTH - have a big boat, Great Lake up there

College Coaches - Friday pm rows are available from 330pm onward - the high school programs are off the river by 6pm the sun is down at 650pm Friday October 3.  You can safely be off the water until 720pm +/-

College Coaches - Friday pm we have 24 hour lighting and security for your trailers

College Coaches - Saturday morning - if your crews and or parents want to set up tents they should be set up INSIDE the infield - we will have a snow fence marking the area - No Tents next to trailers, it just makes for more mayhem - thank you -

Registraion Packets BOTH mornings are available at 7am for Bibs and Bows and final payments

Weigh ins for both days will be announced to be done between 730 and 8 AM in the small boathouse marked Ron Kwasman!

Buses for team on Saturday will be dense packed in the western most lot parallel to the pool (just like last year

CONSTRUCTION on Elmwood Bridge is Messy - if you can attempt to come in from the west on Elmwood and make a right hand turn into the venue-----

High School Crews - and Parents - You will not be able to drive in to drop kids easliy if you come to the 149 Elmwood entrance Sunday morning it will be a nightmare, that we can not control ---- STRONGLY - STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU DROP YOUR KIDS OFF IN THE MONORE COUNTY PARK SIDE OF THE RIVER AND LET THEM WALK ACROSS THE FOOT BRIDGE, OR THAT YOU TURN INTO THE MONROE COUNTY (EAST SIDE OF THE RIVER) AND LET THEM WALK IN.

ANOTHER OPTION IS TO COME FROM THE WEST AND TURN INTO THE GENESEE PARK ENTRANCE NEAR GENESEE STREET AND DROP THEM NEAR THE TENNIS COURTS TO AVOID THE MESS NEAR THE POOL ENTRANCE.

High School parent/Crew tents will be allowed Sunday INSIDE the Baseball infield like last year - parents dropping food should come early, and we will have you spin down near the infield to drop and then EXIT the venue-

High School coaches - BEST to bring trailers at 4 pm on Saturday giving the colleges time to exit - we will again have 24 hour security and lights on all night
