ROWER DROP OFF/PICK-UP

For vehicles dropping off rowers only (and not parking) there is a small area for dropping off rowers immediately after the entrance to the Premium Parking Area.  Tell the Entrance Gate and you will be issued a neon sticky note.  You may not leave your vehicle.  No standing either.

PARKING
NEW FOR 2014 - - ARC WILL PAY ALL EVENTBRITE FEES.  IT WILL COST MORE TO PAY AT THE GATE IF YOU DON'T PREPAY.  Save money by prepaying for parking via EventBrite. 

Standard admission is $10 prepaid per vehicle, $15 at the gate. 
Premium admission is $20 prepaid per vehicle, $25 at the gate. 
Premium Parking is closer to the Team Tent area.  Premium Parking will be available for purchase on site subject to availability.  We encourage you to purchase all parking in advance.  Please bring your parking receipt and exchange it at the Entrance Gate for a colored parking pass. 

Handicap Parking

A handicap area, for cars with official handicap plates or placards, is available closer to the team tent area. You must still pay for Standard (Green) parking.

Bus Parking

Buses may enter the park to drop off passengers in the designated bus drop-off area but then must exit (via the entrance) and park in the lot at Pembroke Academy - NEW LOCATION FOR 2014. Buses may return at the end of the day to take on passengers at the bus drop- off area. In both the morning and afternoon we will be holding buses in the drop-off area until we have a group ready to go because we need to hold-up incoming traffic for the buses to depart. Buses should not come into the park until their rowers are ready to be picked-up. If rowers are not ready to be picked up the bus will be sent back out and will have to return later. Buses must register here through Regatta Central for free. Unregistered buses may not be allowed access to the park.

Boat Trailers

Trailers will park in the trailer parking area.  Tow vehicles may be left with the trailer.  Tow vehicles may leave but will not be allowed to return until after the event is over.  No vehicle traffic is allowed beyond the bend during the day.

TEAM TENT, TEAM BOOSTER (UTILITY) TRAILERS, AND BOOSTER DROP-OFF: 

Team Tents

Teams must pregister for team tent spaces with their boat registration for free.  Team tent spaces are pre-assigned.  Each team is allowed 1 tent space for free.  The standard size for team tents is 10X20 ft.  Additional tent space may be purchased in advance via EventBrite.

Team Booster (Utility) Trailers

Teams must also pregister and prepay for their team booster trailers via EventBrite.  

Team Booster Food Drop-off

There is a drop-off area closer to the Team Tent trailer to drop off food and other supplies.  Ask for a yellow sticky note at the Entrance Gate to indicate you need to go to Booster Drop-off.  Please follow the signs and directions.  No vehicle may be left for longer than 5 minutes in the drop-off area.  Please arrange in advance to have parents or rowers meet you to unload your vehicles quickly.  After 5 minutes you will be asked to move your car to Premium Parking.  If you are parking in Standard Parking, you will be required to exit the park and reenter to access Standard Parking.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE REGATTA
From the South

• Just before the 93 Toll Plaza, take Exit 11 (Hooksett Route 3A) and pay the 50 cent toll (NH accepts E-Z Pass). After paying the toll, turn LEFT at the Stop sign onto Route 3A or West River Road.
• At the next set of lights, turn RIGHT on Main Street and cross the Merrimack River. Take your first LEFT on to Merrimack Street.
• At the stop sign at Pleasant Street - bear/turn left.  Pleasant Street will become Main Street.
• As you enter Suncook Village you will cross a bridge.
  • Spectators/Rowers: Take the first left after crossing the bridge onto Front Street.  Follow Front Street to Exchange Street and bear right on Exchange Street.  Memorial Field will be on the left. Please turn into the Town Garage parking lot to exchange their prepaid parking receipts or pay for parking. 
  • Trailers, Buses, Cars with Shells: Stay on Main Street until it bears right.  Turn left onto Broadway.  Take the first left onto Pleasant Street.  Go down the hill.  Memorial Field will be straight ahead.

Alternate: After crossing the Merrimack River in Hooksett you can also continue on College Park Drive and then turn left at the next set of lights on to Routes 3 & 28. Follow 3 & 28 until you see 28 go off to the right. Take a next left onto School Street. At the blinking red light, turn right on to Main Street and follow the directions above as you enter Suncook Village and cross the bridge.

From the North

• From I-89, go to the end and head North on I-93, take Exit 13, turn RIGHT at lights.
• From I-93 coming from the North, take Exit 13, stay in left lane as you approach lights.
• Turn left and go straight thru the intersection under I-93 following Manchester Street.
• Follow Manchester Street to the intersection with Route 106. Go straight onto Route 3 South.
• Follow Route 3 South into Pembroke Village. At the second set of lights turn RIGHT onto Broadway and go down the hill towards the village of Suncook. 
  • Trailers/Buses/Cars with Shells: Turn RIGHT onto Pleasant Street (SHARP TURN) immediately after Maple Street.  Memorial Field will be straight ahead at the end of Pleasant.
  • Spectators/Rowers: Stay on Broadway and turn RIGHT at the next intersection onto Main Street.  Take the 2nd RIGHT onto Front Street.  Follow Front Street to Exchange Street and bear right on Exchange Street.  Memorial Field will be on the left.  Please turn left into the Town Garage parking lot to exchange their prepaid parking receipts or pay for parking.
