This is our thrid annual Gold Coast Classic and are excited to have it as the final tuneup before the C.R.A.S.H 's. The events range from middle school up through master's. The event awards top 3 finishers per category,as well as, overall team points trophy.The trophy is named after Monika Dorman, on of our founding members.

Adding Mixed Fitness challenge this year for anyone.....who can complete all in a row the fastest
1000m erg followed by 50 squats & 50 pushups, 500m erg 50 squats & 50 pushups, 100m erg
