All dual races will be 1100 meters on a straight course. Winners advance to the next round. All head races are 1600 meters on a course that includes curves.

The official Pittsford Regatta medals will be awarded to First and Second place finishers in each event for which there are three or more entries.

All Masters races will be on Saturday morning, June 10.  The Pittsford Regatta continues the  unique tradition of allowing free entry to active coaches who row in the singles event.  

The Boys 8 and Girls 4 competitions (all races) will be on Saturday afternoon, June 10

The Boys 4 and Girls 8 competitions (all races) will be on Sunday, June 11.

The course will be open for practice on Friday afternoon. Security will be provided in the trailer area from Friday afternoon through Sunday.

The Pittsford Regatta Race Course for Youth fours and eights is 1100 meters long on the Erie Canal and finishes in the middle of the Village of Pittsford. All sculling and Masters events will race a 1600 meter head race. This course and format is the same as 2005. The entire course can be viewed from the Canal path right alongside the Canal.

2 points will be awarded for first place and 1 point will be awarded for second place in each sweep rowing event for which there are 3 or more entries.

  • Town of Pittsford Trophy for Overall Boys Points
  • Erie Canal Cup for Overall Team Points (Sponsored by the New York State Canal Corporation)
