From Interstate 5 north or south, take exit 169, NE 45th St. Turn east onto and continue traveling east on NE 45th St to Roosevelt Way NE. Turn south (right) onto Roosevelt Way NE. Cross University Bridge. Take first right after bridge onto Furhman Avenue.
Crews also will launch from Lake Washington Rowing Club and Seattle Pacific University.

From Interstate 5 north or south, take exit 169, NE 45th St. Turn west onto and continue traveling west on NE 45th St for one mile to Stone Way Ave N. Turn left (south) onto and continue traveling south on Stone Way Ave N through N 34th St. Immediately after N 34th St, turn right (north) onto N Northlake Way.

From Interstate 5 north or south, take exit 169 marked Seattle Pacific University. Go west onto and continue traveling west on N 50th to Fremont Ave N. Turn left (south) onto Fremont Ave N and cross the Fremont Bridge. Turn right (north) immediately after bridge onto Florentia St. Go one block and turn right onto Nickerson St. Continue north on Nickerson to Third Ave W. Turn right to boathouse on right.
Parking for crews and trailers and rigging areas will be located at the above Seattle boathouses. Please notify race registrar Julie Smith at 425-828-0205 if bringing a trailer and she will confirm a launch site. Overnight security can be provided only with advance notice to race director. Carpooling encouraged.
Launch site for paddlers: Public boat launch at 2301 NE Northlake Way, east of Gas Works Park, at Pocock Rowing Center or Seattle Pacific University.
