The 2007 Desert Sprints regatta will be hosted at Town Lake Marina on Tempe Town Lake. The lake is man made and has been in operation since January 2000. It is an ideal rowing and paddling venue with flat water and general wind protection.
Regatta headquarters and storage for boats and trailers is at the marina, which is located at the 500 meters to go on the race course, so it is an ideal viewing area.
