Oregon Rowing Unlimited is pleased to announce the 22nd Portland LOOP Regatta: Head of the Willamette since 1989, Saturday, Oct. 29, 2011. The LOOP is a head race on the Willamette River from Oswego Pointe to Oaks Park. It is open to juniors, masters, open, championship and collegiate crews. Events include singles, doubles, pairs, quads, fours with coxswain, and eights. All events are for both men and women. Additionally, there is an octuple category.
