REGISTRATION
Registration for the 129th Royal Canadian Henley Regatta opens June 16th. If you are a new
user to RegattaCentral, follow these steps to create an account an add athletes to your Roster:
- Go to the Home tab on www.regattacentral.com
- Click the 'Join Now' link in the New Users box located on the left side of the page
- Click the 'Select Affiliation' link to enter the name of your team or city in the Team or
Club field - Select the name from the list and click the "OK" button
- If your team is not listed, you can add it to our database
- Once you finish the account creation process, select the 129th Royal Canadian Henley
Regatta from the Add Regatta box and click "OK" - Click the 'edit' link in the header of the Roster box on the right side of your RC homepage to
add athletes to your Roster

2011 Important Dates
**NEW** All entries and payments for the 129th RCHR Regatta will be processed through Regatta Central
Athletes must be members in good standing of a qualified club as of June 23, 2011.
The cut off date for entering Club Athlete Rosters is July 8. 2011
The CLOSING DATE for Online Registrations is FRIDAY July 22, 2011 AT MIDNIGHT.
The closing date for Online Payments for entries is July 22, 2011.
The Regatta Preliminary Draws for Masters will be available no later than July 27, 2011.
The Regatta Preliminary Draws for Henley & Adaptive will be available no later than July 30, 2011.
Access to the regatta site for official training will begin at 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 1, 2011.
