- Timed start at Columbia Avenue Bridge, race upriver through Strawberry Mansion Bridge, lanes 5 to 6 rowed turn to starboard and return to finish in lanes 2 and 3.
- Lanes 0 and 1 for downriver traffic
- Upriver traffic to park side of Peter's Island
BURN:
- Timed start at 500-meter mark on race course, using all 6 racing lanes, to finish line at grandstand.
