The USRowing East Coast Fall Speed Order is intended for athletes who have aspirations and potential to row for the Senior and Junior U.S. National Team.
Senior Athletes:
6 km erg test at Princeton University boathouse on Saturday followed by a 4.5 km race on Lake Carnegie on Sunday. Only athletes who participate in the 6 km erg test on Saturday will be permitted to race on Sunday. Sweep rowers will be assigned partners and boats based on their 6 km erg test performance.
Junior Athletes:
4.5 km race on Lake Carnegie on Sunday.
Lightweights:
FISA Max Rules: Light Men - 72 kg; Light Women - 59 kg
