Spring Season 2025
High School Club Juniors
This program is intended for High School rowers who do not have teams in their own school. Participants can compete in club events representing the Bergen County Rowing Academy. At least ten volunteer hours are expected of the parent(s) by supporting the Parent Tent at regattas. Each parent should volunteer at least once at a regatta during the season.

Middle School Club Juniors
This program is aimed at young rowers who already have rowing experience. Participants will practice three times a week.
Academy of Holy Angels Spring Team
This team is for students enrolled at the Academy of the Holy Angels to participate in the Spring scholastic rowing season. At least ten volunteer hours are expected of the parent(s) by supporting the Parent Tent at regattas. Each parent should volunteer at least once at a regatta during the season.
Bergen Tech/Academies Spring Team
This team is for students enrolled in any of the Bergen County High Schools (Bergen Tech or Bergen Academies) to participate in the Spring scholastic rowing season. At least ten volunteer hours are expected of the parent(s) by supporting the Parent Tent at regattas. Each parent should volunteer at least once at a regatta during the season.
Dwight-Englewood Spring Team
This team is for students enrolled at Dwight-Englewood School to participate in the Spring scholastic rowing season. At least ten volunteer hours are expected of the parent(s) by supporting the Parent Tent at regattas. Each parent should volunteer at least once at a regatta during the season.
Hackensack HS Spring Team
This team is for students enrolled at Hackensack High School to participate in the Spring scholastic rowing season. At least ten volunteer hours are expected of the parent(s) by supporting the Parent Tent at regattas. Each parent should volunteer at least once at a regatta during the season.
Leonia HS Spring Team
This team is for students enrolled at Leonia High School to participate in the Spring scholastic rowing season. At least ten volunteer hours are expected of the parent(s) by supporting the Parent Tent at regattas. Each parent should volunteer at least once at a regatta during the season.
Mary Help of Christians Academy Spring Team
This team is for students enrolled at the Mary Help of Christians Academy to participate in the Spring scholastic rowing season. At least ten volunteer hours are expected of the parent(s) by supporting the Parent Tent at regattas. Each parent should volunteer at least once at a regatta during the season.
Northern Highlands Spring Team
This team is for students enrolled at the Northern Highlands Regional High School to participate in the Spring scholastic rowing season. At least ten volunteer hours are expected of the parent(s) by supporting the Parent Tent at regattas. Each parent should volunteer at least once at a regatta during the season.
Paramus HS Spring Team
This program is for rowers who will be representing Paramus High School in competitions during the Spring season. At least ten volunteer hours are expected of the parent(s) by supporting the Parent Tent at regattas. Each parent should volunteer at least once at a regatta during the season.
Saddle River Day School Spring Team
This team is for students enrolled at Saddle River Day School to participate in the Spring scholastic rowing season. At least ten volunteer hours are expected of the parent(s) by supporting the Parent Tent at regattas. Each parent should volunteer at least once at a regatta during the season.
Tenafly HS Spring Team
This team is for students enrolled at Tenafly High School to participate in the Spring scholastic rowing season. At least ten volunteer hours are expected of the parent(s) by supporting the Parent Tent at regattas. Each parent should volunteer at least once at a regatta during the season.
The Frisch School
This program is for students enrolled at The Frisch School.
