FINAL HEATSHEET and SCHEDULE

PARKING PASSES (must be purchased by ALL vehicles ENTERING the park)

UPDATES:

1/30: Click here to view the final schedule. No further changes will be made at this time, including scratches. Those who wish to scratch entries must do so in person on Saturday morning.

1/28: We still need launches and drivers! If you have volunteers willing to drive a launch, or a launch (with a motor) that we can borrow, please reach out to Jake at (407) 774-5004.

1/27: Tentative schedule has been posted. Will update when it is official.

1/27: No further scratches or cancellations will be accepted at this time. For crews wishing to scratch entries, you must do so in person on Saturday morning.

1/24: Practice will be open on Friday from 3:30-5:15pm. All crews must be off the water by 5:15pm.

1/21: All participants must fill out the FSRA Waiver to compete.

1/8: Passes to access the park must be purchased by clicking here. Parking passes are required for all vehicles entering past the guard gate, including to drop off rowers and boat/hospitality trailers. This is a requirement from the City of Orlando. Passes will be checked by LBRA attendants after vehicles pass through the guard gate.

Note: If arriving in a bus, you must purchase a bus parking pass.

12/19: The park will be open from 12:00pm-5:30pm on Friday, 1/31/25 for those who wish to drop off their hospitality and/or boat trailers early.

Park Rules:
- No open flame cooking
- No operation of drones
- Passes to access the park must be purchased by clicking here; Per the City of Orlando, parking passes must be purchased to access the park at all, including busses and those who intend to drop off rowers.

Please Note:
While any rower can enter varsity events, the following eligibility restrictions apply:

• Novice events at this regatta are for NOVICES ONLY. A novice is any rower that did not compete as a high schooler prior to the 2024-2025 season. High school freshmen and those in grades 6-8 are considered novice regardless of experience level.
• Freshman events at this regatta are for FRESHMEN ONLY, with the exception of using middle schoolers to fill seats.
• Middle school events at this regatta are for MIDDLE SCHOOLERS ONLY.

If you are found to be in violation of these eligibility restrictions, your entry will be scratched without a refund.

Scheduling Concerns:
We will try our best to cater to everyone's specific needs with regards to scheduling. Having entries in by the standard deadline is a huge help to this, so help us help you by having entries in on time. If you need to contact us with regards to scheduling, please email [email protected].

Raffle Ticket Sales:
LBRA is proud to host a raffle each year at the Novice Regatta and Beyond, and this year the raffle will be entirely online to increase accessibility and ease of access! Raffle tickets can be purchased here by anyone, regardless of team affiliation (or lack thereof). We have a great variety of prizes available this year, and can't wait to see who our winners will be! All proceeds from the raffle will go towards boathouse repairs, as the roof at the LBRA boathouse needs to be replaced after recent hurricanes.
