Weekend Schedule-

Thursday- Trailers can arrive, NO unloading of slings or boats.

Friday-
Slings/boats can be unloaded starting at 8:00 AM.

Practice window Noon-5:00 PM (all crews OFF the water by 5:00 PM)

WIRA Coaches Meeting 5:00-6:00 PM

Coaches & Coxswain meeting 6:00 PM

Lightweight weigh in 3:00-7:300 PM for Saturday Racing

Saturday-

Racing 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

Lightweight weigh in 3:00-5:00 PM for Sunday racing.

Coxswain weigh in 2-1 hours before first race of the day.

Sunday-

Racing 8:00 AM-12:30 PM

Coxswain weigh in 2-1 hours before first race of the day.

2024 Sunday Order of Events

Note: Exact times may change due to number of entries, but this order of events will hold for both Heats and 3rd/Petite finals on Saturday and for Finals on Sunday. Teams who are attempting to double are responsible for making sure they have enough time to do so regardless of the number of events. The draft racing schedule will be published Monday, April 22nd after entries close, final scheudle will publish Wednesday, April 24th.
