Cooper River Park Logistics

TEAM TENTS

Team Tent SITE registration and RENTALS are CLOSED. Teams setting up tents without prior registration will be charged $200 cash.

Sites will be outlined and numbered.&nbsp; Team site locations will be posted <a href="http://file:///Users/maryellencuneo/Downloads/REVISED%205pm%205:22%20Team%20Tent%20Locations%20-%20Sheet1%20(2).pdf">HERE</a> Wednesday, 5/22.

CHUCKWAGONS &amp; TENT SETUP

The Spectator parking lot will be open Thursday, 5/23 from 8:00am-8:00pm for Chuckwagon parking and tent set up. Chuckwagons may&nbsp;park in the lot directly behind the team tent area. Volunteers will be on site to direct Chuckwagons and tent locations as needed. Cars will NOT be permitted to drive onto Veterans Island.&nbsp; Park maintenance will be on site and may be able to assist in moving some gear onto the island. Tow vehicles must be unhitched and moved into regular parking spots in the lot or in the street along North Park Drive.

TRAILER PARKING&nbsp;

Trailers may arrive Wednesday, 5/22 from 4:00pm-8:00pm AND Thursday, 8:00am-8:00pm.&nbsp; Trailers that arrive early or late must park along North Park Drive until the scheduled parking times. Trailer parking sites will be marked.&nbsp; Please follow the directions of parking volunteers and park trailers between the lines in the next available site.&nbsp; When the Cuthbert lot #1 is full, trailers will be directed to park in lot #2 by LaScala restaurant followed by lot #3. Tow vehicles may NOT park in the lots with trailers. They may park along the North park drive in legal parking spots or in the spectator parking lot.&nbsp;&nbsp;

TEAM BUSES&nbsp;

After dropping athletes at the trailer parking lot, buses must be moved&nbsp; to the Yacht Club parking lot on South Park Drive.&nbsp; Buses may NOT park along the street or in parking lots on North Park Drive.&nbsp;
