**please be advised there are weather warnings for this evening we will plan to race on schedule. Please travel according to your comfort level. There are also planned closures on the QEW from 7-10am for cleanup. Make sure to GPS your route before you leave and leave ample time for travel*

ATHLETES ARE ASKED TO REMAIN AT THEIR ERGS UNTIL ALL COMPETITORS HAVE FINISHED IN THEIR WAVE
Athletes will need photo ID to register at the registration desk and recieve erg "lane" number
Waves are in 15 minute intervals, athletes must wait until Erg Supervisors invite them on to the ergs. Erg "lane" number will be given to erg supervisors as they get on the erg.
No coaches/parents are allowed at ergs with athletes.
