Coaches and competitors - check your organization compliance, your SafeSport compliance and your athlete compliance. Our volunteers have emailed all folks with compliance issues, so check your regular email and spam folders and act now. You will not be able to race unless you're in compliance. If we've flagged an athlete, the athlete needs to log into US Rowing and fix the problem there asap.
Email us now if you are car-topping, bringing a trailer, or bringing a chuck wagon. If you're bringing a trailer on Saturday we need to advise the County and the Police department.

All propane grills, and charcoal grills over six feet in size need a permit this year. Propane tanks must be secured. Grills should be 10 feet from any structure and 10 feet from other chuck wagons. Coals must be disposed of properly not dumped out in the park. You must have an approved fire extinguisher with a minimum rating 20-B:C. To obtain a permit in advance contact Sean Redl at [email protected]. Sean will be onsite to issue permits and check compliance on Sunday.
