Hello everyone,

It is with great sadness that we have to cancel this year's regatta. Everyone will be refunded the full amount paid.

Low entries made us unable to run a schedule without conflicts (overlap with individuals racing more than one event).
The second part is the ongoing dredging that is taking place on the Schuylkill River. Great things are happening with the river being dredged but we decided that would be unsafe to run the regatta with the big equipment on the river.

With all this being said we wanted to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused. We are a group of individuals that do this simply for the love of sport and the rowing community. There is no financial incentive. The only reason we have this event is to give back to the community and keep masters rowing alive and well on the Schuylkill River.

Thank you for being loyal to QCMR, the regatta that brought joy to rowers and brought the community together for almost 25 years. We are hoping that with the dredging being done, logistics will make it doable next year.
