2023 Ontario Indoor Rowing Championships 

Welcome back to the Ontario Indoor Rowing Championships (formerly the Ontario Ergometer Championships). We are excited to be back at the Ridley College Fieldhouse for the 2023 edition. Last year we made a rule change that allowed high school rowers to be entered under their high school, club or unaffiliated and, to continue to allow all to participate, we are going to keep this rule change.  After requests from several clubs and schools, we are excited to announce a new special event for this year: U13 and U15 500m races to allow the next generation of rowers to experience the fun of indoor rowing.

Due to ongoing construction at the Ridley College Athletic Facility, athlete check in, weigh ins, warm up ergs and race ergs will all be located in the field house gym. Like last year, we will not be handing out race slips, but ask all athletes to report to athlete check in to confirm race time and erg number. The draw will be posted on Regatta Central, sent out to many coaches and be posted around the venue. 

Entry Fees:      Junior and Senior High School: $25 +RCA and RO seat fees

                        Masters: $25 + RCA and RO seat fees

                        Open: $25 + RCA and RO seat fees

                        U13/U15: $10 + RCA and RO seat fees
