Clubs that volunteer launch drivers will get guaranteed parking for their trailer and towing vehicles on site, at Lowell State Recreation Area (where boats are launched). Clubs must make parking reservations with Debbie at [email protected].  If clubs don't make reservations, they will need to park at Dexter (boat drop off at Lowell will be available, but the trailers and towing vehicles will not be able to stay. Late reservations also may end up at Dexter.)

2024 Invoice Process

After phase II of registration closes, a standard entry fee invoice will be sent to each team at 6:00 a.m. EDT the following day. Each team has 24 hours to pay the standard registration invoice. 

After the late registration period closes, a late entry fee invoice will be sent at 6:00 a.m. EDT the next day, exclusively listing the late entries submitted. Each team has 24 hours to pay the late registration invoice. 

Each team must meet the stated deadline to pay their entry fees during each registration period, or they may not be allowed to race. 

All crews/teams, both unaffiliated and those representing an organization, with an outstanding balance will not be allowed to compete at a USRowing owned or sanctioned regatta until the balance is paid in full.

We are excited to host the 2024 USRowing Northwest Masters Regional Championships on June 21-23 in Lowell, Oregon! If you are receiving this email, you competed in the 2019 or 2023 USRowing Northwest Masters Regional Championships.

We alerted you all via email in September that the 2024 Track & Field Olympic Trials will be in Eugene, OR from June 20-31, overlapping with the 2024 USRowing Northwest Masters Regional Championships. We have been working closely with the Convention and Visitors Bureau in the area to provide Northwest Regional attendees with the lodging options including hotel rooms and Airbnb’s. Please note, the 2024 Track & Field Olympic Trials have officially been announced to the public.

REMINDER: To ensure attendees of the USRowing Northwest Masters Regional Championships have lodging for this event, we strongly encourage all coaches, athletes, and spectators to book hotel and Airbnb reservations now.

Below you will find a link to a couple of hotel options in the area. Our housing partner, HBC Event Services, is working to add more hotel options to this list, but we do encourage you to reach out to any hotel in the area that best suits your needs to secure housing accommodations.
