Race Length: 1500m

Race Type: Speed Order to Sprint Final (categories with 5 or more entries will have top 4 times moving to head to head sprint final)

This is updated to reflect the cancellation of some events due to high wind speeds.  ONLY 4+, 4x, and 8+ events will race.  Novice 4+ events, middle school events, and all 2x and 1x events are cancelled.

WEATHER CONTINGENCY:

In the event that weather permits some or all boats from racing, the plan below outlines the possible scenarios:

a. Compression of schedule after time trials.  Medals will be awarded to those events based on times.  They will not rerace in a final.  Varsity and Junior Varsity categories with straight finals will be prioritized next.

b. Unable to run 7th and 8th events - lunch break will start earlier

c. Unable to run Frosh/Novice and Small Boats - schedule will be compressed

d. Unable to run Finals - medals will be awarded based on the Time Trial

e. Unable to run any and all boats - the regatta will be cancelled
