Registration for the Virtual Regatta opens September 12th!

We are still in this together! The 2021 Head of the Schuylkill Regatta is “virtually yours” providing you the opportunity to compete from wherever you are, on your favorite rowing machine or body of water. We understand you may not be able to join us in Philadelphia, but are thrilled that you will help us continue our 50th anniversary celebration by connecting with the community with competitors from around the world.

PARTICIPATORY ERG & WATER EVENTS (Asynchronous)

Race 4150 meters from your favorite place, any time during event week October 24th – 31st. Competitors may row their piece on any rowing machine that counts distance and submit their time, or on their favorite body of water.  Individual and team events are offered.  Click here for directions regarding self-submittal of results.

Registration opens: September 12th.

Registration deadline: October 27th

Results submission: October 24th through November 1st

Summary of Events

Veterans singles, Masters team events, Parent/Child, Alumni, and Corporate events are time-adjusted. 

Medals will be awarded for on water and on land subcategories. 

All proceeds from registration fees will be dedicated to Philadelphia City Rowing and HOSR Love Where You Row initiatives.  You can read more about the fund here.
