This Super Bowl Weekend hit the erg (in the comfort of your own home) before you hit the couch! We’ve opened it up to multiple days to submit your score, so you can share your erg with others!

Join the Virtual Main Line Slide – February 5, 6 and 7, 2021 sponsored by the Lower Merion High School Crew Association.

The Main Line Slide is an indoor rowing competition for juniors, masters, novice, collegiate, adaptive and fitness rowers.

Entry and Erg Time Reporting

Entry fee of $10 per person, per event. All Entries will have the chance to win One of Two $50 Amazon Gift Cards. Do your Best erg piece anytime on Super Bowl weekend starting at 9:00 a.m. Friday, February 5th through the deadline to report your erg time on Sunday, February 7th at 3:00 p.m. EST.

Waivers

All competitors must print and sign a USRowing waiver when registering online. Minors (under 18) must have a parent or guardian’s signature. No exceptions. Please Sign your New 2021 Waiver!

Lightweights and Weigh-In

Any competitor in a lightweight event must weigh in on the day they choose to race. This is on the honor system

Mens Open Lightweight is 160 lbs max

Mens Youth Lightweight is 150 lbs max

Womens Lightweight Open & Youth is 130 lbs max

Coxswain Men is 120 lbs and under

Coxswain Women is 110 lbs and under

Middle School Athletes

Must be 14 years or younger on the date of the event AND enrolled in middle or elementary school.

Awards

First Place Medals, 2nd and 3rd Place Certificates will be awarded to the top three finishers (or team members in the case of relays) in each event with 4 or more entries. Events with 3 or less entries will have a medal awarded for first place only.
