Event Times on the Event List are not true schedule times. Once all entries are in, we will post the schedule. Event list only shows order of events. Any hot seating should be approximately 10 events apart. 

TRAILER SAFETY: All trailers must arrive before 6:45 am, and no trailers may leave until racing is done.

Venue Restrictions:

• NO TEAM TENTS  bigger than 10x10. You must use the tent link below for larger tents.
• Team Tent Plant High Winter Sprints 2024

  • Team tent orders with regular pricing will be open until 11/25/2024 at 4:00 AM

  • Late request pricing will be open from 11/25/2024 4:10 AM until 12/2/2024 4:00 AM

• Trailers may arrive after 12 noon on Friday 12/6
• Trailers will be parked in order of arrival. 
• We plan to allow course practice from 1:00-5:30 pm. 
• Practice Day Traffic Pattern– Map
• No crews launching after 5:00; all crews off the water by 5:30 pm. 
• We cannot accommodate hotseating within the same event or with less than 1 hour between- i.e.- don't plan to hotseat a middle school 8+ to another middle school 8+ in a different flight.
• ALL RACING WILL END BY 5:30PM
