PNRA/Mercer is excited to host the fourth annual Mercer Indoor Row for the Cure. All entry fees and merchandise proceeds will go to the Susan G Komen Central and South Jersey affiliate. 

**NEW THIS YEAR** is a "Virtual" category. Can't make it to the event in person? Do a 2K on your own anytime in the week prior to the event (Monday, Feb 24 through Sunday, March 1) and send a screenshot of your score to [email protected] by NOON on Sunday, March 1. The winner of the Virtual Men and Virtual Women category will have a pink hammer sent to him/her.

Race distance will be 2000 meters for all events except the coxswain event (500 meters). In addition, there will be a 500 meter sprint as well as a 4-person team relay over 2000 meters.

There will be weigh-ins for the lightweight categories. Max weight for all women is 135 lbs. Max weight for youth boys is 155 lbs and for masters and collegiate men the max weight is 165 lbs. Lightweight participants have a one hour window in which to weigh in - no more than 2 hours prior to race time and no less than one hour prior to race time.
