Hi Everyone,

So the county Sherrif just killed our plan for the bus drop off area. They claim it's not safe.

So here is PLAN B - Busses are to enter the venue through prep phillips drive. The same as last year.

They will drop off and turn around at the end of the road and then exit the venue.

Sorry for the last minute confusion. We will have a better solution for next year.

                                    EXCITING NEW CHANGES ARE HAPPENING AT HEAD OF THE SOUTH!!!

Team tents and vendors will now be up stream of the boathouse. This gives us ample room for trailers and shells down stream and gives the tents more area to enjoy some great racing.

NO TEAM BUSES will be allowed to park on racing site. Buses will drop off and pick up at the Reynolds/East Boundary drop off location (see map below).  Buses will need to drop off/pick up from the right side of the street (levee side).

Buses can park at James Brown Arena (601 7th st., Augusta, GA 30901) or return to their hotel until the team is ready to be picked up. Have buses arrive no more than 10 minutes before your team is ready to leave the venue.

Team trucks & boat trailers will enter the venue at the Prep Philips Drive entrance (see venue map). Food drop offs will occur at the Reynolds/East Boundary drop off.  You will have 10 minutes to unload and then you will need to park your vehicle outside the venue.
