IMPORTANT NOTE: this year, you will need to CHECK-IN at the Registration table to 1) Sign a Waiver; 2) Get a Wristband (to verify that your entry or entries are paid in full); 3) Weigh In (if applicable). You will not be permitted to enter the race area without a wristband. Please allow yourself enough time before the start of your race event to stop by the Registration table to sign a waiver and get a wristband.

Race opportunities include;

• 2000m for Open and Youth categories

• 1000m for Coxswains, Recreational Adults, Masters, and Coaches (no handicap)

• 3000m  Open Relay, see more information below

• 1 Minute Max Test for Youth categories

Entry Fees

$10/person and $20/relay team

Entries recieved after Monday, February  19th will be assessed a late fee of $10/entry.
