Racing begins at 9:30, first boats should start launching at 9:00 AM

Hopefully the weather cooperates this year and we can back to racing.

Use this address to see a video of the race course, keep in mind that the finish line is no longer marked by the WRC docks (WRC is directly across the river from WYRA now).  There is a small shack on the bank at the finish line and it will be clearly marked with buoys.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k9Jrfwxui6A

We will have lunches available for preorder, $6.00 gets you a sandwhich, a beverage and a snack.

The Kalmar Nyckel will be on display at the Tubman Garrett Park just up river from the WYRA boathouse.  This is the tall ship of Delaware, a replica of a ship that brought settlers here in 1638.  Stop by and check her out.

Please use the links to the left for specific information.  Be sure to know the regatta rules and things specific to the City of Wilmington.  Most importantly, NO GRILLS, there is to be no cooking or even using grills or other things to heat food.
