- If you are driving to the venue on race day Saturday and Sunday you must use River Road coming from the city end only, access to River Rd from the 31st Bridge and Rt28 exits at 31st Bridge will be closed. You can use the address for Heinz Lofts, 300 Heinz St. Pittsburgh, PA 15212 then turn left on River Rd at Heinz Lofts to get to Washington’s Landing.
New for 2015, Head of the Ohio will be a 2 day race. All Masters, Adaptive, College, Open and Corproate/Rec Races will take place on Saturday, October 3. All HS/Youth Races will take place on Sunday, October 4.
Racing will be downstream for 2015. Finish line just upstream of Ft Duquesne Bridge (I279), across from PNC Park.
