RRA 25K Hudson River Challenge

The decision has been made to cancel the race this year due several key concerns in the Tappan Zee area of the race course.
The construction zone is simply too hazardous for rowing shells to safely travel through, and though the folks in charge of building the new structure have been super cooperative, when we add in the continued loss of our river launch dock in Nyack as well as other less then favorable contingencies, we have come to the conclusion that rowing in this area of the Hudson is simply not feasible at this time.
Our apologies to all of the competitors.
