No Coaches meeting.
Weigh-ins open at 7:30am in room 111 and you can weigh in up until 30 minutes before your race
Athletes will need photo ID to register at the registration desk and recieve erg "lane" number
Waves are in 15 minute intervals, athletes must wait until Erg Supervisors invite them on to the ergs. Erg "lane" number will be given to erg supervisors as they get on the erg.
Athletes are asked to remain at their erg until all competitors have finished in their wave.
No coaches/parents are allowed at ergs with athletes.
