We are excited to announce the return of Strong Island Sprints!!
In order to participate in the Strong Island Sprints, it is MANDATORY to complete US Rowing Waiver. Please click on the following link to complete the waiver https://usrowing.org/sports/2016/6/30/sign-a-waiver.aspx. There are more instructions under the Compliance Tab on the left.
In accordance with current New York State laws, masks will be required to be worn by all persons in the building. Ergs will be spaced further apart than in years past to increase distancing.
If you miss the registration deadlines, you may be a "walk-in" registration the day of the event, but please note a late fee does apply, so we suggest that you register before the standard registration deadlines.
