Due to nubmer of entries, First Race is Saturday at 7:20.  We will not hold a Coaches and Coxs meeting.  Like last year, an email will be sent to all coaches, instructions are posted below and a copy of information will be included in your packet.

Tents, Busses & Food Trailers

Team Bus and Food Trailer parking is permitted in the West Lot (furthest from the Launch docks).  Tents may be set up beginning at 11AM on Friday.   Tents may be set up west of the Pavillion.   Do not block the walking paths. If you are unclear, please ask a LOC volunteer for guidance.  Tents may also be set up in the two Grassy areas closest to the Pavillion in the East parking lot (the grassy area closest to Bow Markers is for boat staging).  The Ambulance will be parked on the concrete road down to the beach, but boats may also be stored in that area (no trailers and you cannot drive on the grass in that area).  Tents can also be set up above the walkway between the Pavillion and the Bow Markers Tent.  Again, if you have questions, please ask an LOC volunteer.

No tents of any kind on the Beach.  If you have questions ask me or someone on the LOC before you put up  your tent.  Tents may be put up beginning at 11AM on Friday.

Trailers:

East Fork 'reclaimed' the trailer parking lot a couple of years ago.  IF the ground is dry enough, you can park  your trailer on the grass where the old trailer lot used to be.  Trailer parking is also available in the Indian Mound lot.  Due to the number of teams, the trailer parking in the staging area near the launch docks is on a 'first come first serve' basis.   If trailer parking is not available near the beach upon your arrival, please unload your boats and take your trailers to the grassy area (the reclaimed lot) or the Indian Mound lot for parking.

See the map above for boat staging areas.  The yellow area by the beach is for boats only.  You may park your trailer in the green areas.  PLEASE conserve space and store your boats on your trailers.  We have 35+ teams this year.  If you need help, ask an LOC member.  

NOTE: If you use the east most section of East Lot for staging you MUST keep your equipment and trailers in the parking spaces, traffic flow MUSTbe maintained, do not block the road.
