ADULT REGISTRATION- NATIONAL LEARN TO ROW DAY OPEN HOUSE 2025
Join us to celebrate Celebrate National Learn to Row Day at our Annual Open House on Long Pond Beach, 213 Long Pond Drive, Harwich. Participants will have the opportunity to meet club members, row on an ergometer (a rowing machine), view our equipment, learn about sweep and scull rowing, and try rowing on the water. Please wear tight fitting athletic clothes. Rain/high wind date June 8.

ADULT Family Annual Membership
After one member of a family has purchased an ADULT Individual Annual Membership, each additional family member (same residence, 18+ years) may purchase an annual membership at a discounted price. YOUTH Learn To Row - 3rd Spring Session
LEARN an exciting NEW sport that will stay with you for the rest of your life. START this sport in single rowing shells, and move up to doubles and quads. This sport provides a life time of exercise and peaceful private enjoyment of LAKES, RIVERS, or the Ocean, on your own or with others.
This session is for new rowers who have yet to row on the water and want to join in on the fun! It will be coached by long time member, Patrick Otton.
The 3-day LTR Clinic is a fun and comprehensive introduction to sculling designed for beginners. Participants learn boat safety, boat set-up, balance, and basic strokes, using CCCR recreational shells. Once you complete the LTR you may join the rest of the novice season, which is held Tues/Thurs/Fri from 4pm-6pm through May 30th, for an additional $100 A "Basic" level USRowing membership is REQUIRED. Our Club name is Cape Cod Community Rowing, Inc., and Club Code is RVYJL. The cost is $25.00 for the year and is necessary for insurance coverage. Please keep a record of your login name, password and USRowing number as you will need this information in the future. Additional Information

YOUTH SPRING CREW for Experienced Rowers
This session is for experienced rowers who want to improve their skills with an eye toward competition.
The spring season will be coached by Ben Davies, a former CCCR student and coach who is now home and living in Orleans. We are so happy to have him back! We will be scheduling a "Meet the Coach" night at the Harwich Community Center in the next couple of weeks!
Practices will be held at Long Pond Beach in Harwich Mon-Fri 4pm-6pm. **NO PRACTICE DURING APRIL VACATION 4/21-4/25** Practices will still be held in the event of inclement weather - practice location TBD. This level of Spring Crew is for experienced rowers and will focus on rowing in bigger boats. The coach will focus on technique and conditioning to improve racing skills through land and water workouts. Attendance at practices is critical to prepare with your teammates to compete at Northeast Regionals in Lowell May 18 & 19 as well as other possible regattas throughout the season. It is required that all participants attend and pass a swim test (date to be determined end of March) and wear neon gear while on the water. Please note that the cost for the regattas is not included in the class price. YOUTH SPRING CREW for Novice Rowers
This session is for new and novice rowers who want to improve their skills on the water.
The novice spring season will be coached by long time club member, Patrick Otton.
Practices will be held at Long Pond Beach in Harwich Tuesday, Thursdays and Fridays from 4pm-6pm. **NO PRACTICE DURING APRIL VACATION 4/21-4/25** Novice rowers are youth from 8th grade to 12th grade that are new to the program or rowed one season with the club and are in need of more on the water training. This session of Spring Crew is for new rowers and will focus on rowing in bigger boats. The novice team will learn technique and conditioning to improve racing skills through land and water workouts. Attendance at practices is critical to prepare with your teammates if you choose to compete. Novice rowers will also be seen on the water by the experienced coach and may be asked to move up during the season based on their progress.
